Sometimes when I can’t sleep and I feel inspired to do something other than toss and turn in frustration, I get out of bed and spend time meditating, writing, or just sitting and soaking in the beauty and calm of a quiet, dark morning. Today I decided to share some of the raw messages, symbols, and rememberings that surfaced during this morning’s reflection.

Merging with trees and the mountain, sharing, giving, receiving divine life-force energy. Grounding with Black Jet and Red Jasper. Clearing with Sage, Echinacea, and clear Quartz.
Great Mother Earth, Divine Goddess, Divine Feminine life-force energy. Balanced, harmonious, perfect. Flowing like water through all living things, through all form and formless.
Breathing in divine life-force energy, my body lives within my soul. My physical body is a smaller part of the whole subtle energy body, spirit, soul, essence.
In the white cave, as a tree, you first appeared to me in this new way. Though you in all your forms—Goddess, Divine Mother, Mother Earth, Ancient Mothers, Spirit, Source, trees, stones, animal messengers, colors, landscapes, flowing water, heat of the sun, and the gentle breeze—have been with me, guiding me gently, all of my life.
I used to think you were him—a single, solitary man-god—above, separate, and disconnected from the natural, harmonious, energetic flow of life-force energy, which is within and throughout every person, planet, star, animal, plant, insect, speck of dirt, molecule.
Everything that exists carries divine source energy, and she is beautiful in all their forms.
“I am one, and I am many,” she said to me.
“I am in you, and you are in me,” they said to me.
Get out of your mind and into your breath. We will meet you there for a different kind of knowing, a different kind of communication. Like the trees—just one symbol or embodiment of the Divine Feminine. Like the trees, who have a way of knowing, a way of communicating and connecting with each other and other living beings without a “mind” and without “speaking.”
I will speak to you in the breath, in your presence when you are being. Whenever you “just be” and breathe, you will be able to hear me, hear us, hear you, and know. We will show you the way in that place of presence.
