Hintz, she/her
Energy Work Practitioner
Reiki II and Certified Emotion Code Practitioner
I am a curious seeker on the path of perpetual growth, learning, exploring, and creating. The energy-mind-body-spirit connections fascinate and delight me. Both science and spirituality intrigue me—I see them as two sides of the same coin. Complementary and interconnected, they are simply different ways to learn about, explore, and understand the world around us and ourselves.
Fifteen years ago, I said yes to a nudge to open my heart and mind to new ways of seeing and knowing; to embrace energetic healing experiences beyond what I can see with my eyes or explain with my mind. I began to create space for learning and working with many different practices and traditions for energetic healing, including meditation, breathwork, Reiki, channeling, and the Emotion Code.
This work has become a space of insight, curiosity, and sometimes uncomfortable growth through exploring my shadows and triggers, unearthing my conditioned responses and programming, and learning and unlearning.
I believe that our original purpose as humans is to live in deep, soulful connection, partnership, and harmonious existence with all of creation, and that we all have a role and responsibility to find our way back to this purpose. This is the intention behind this healing space, which I am honored and grateful to share with you through b•quixotic.

“There are a lot of helpful tools out there that assist individuals in growing in emotional awareness and intelligence. What was unique to my experience of working with Beth and the Emotion Code was the level of release I experienced in the process. Emotions, long ago buried in my mind and body, no longer helpful to me or my relationships, were released—creating a sense of newness I haven’t experienced before.”
-Lindsay H.
“Beth is a thoughtful, careful, and intuitive listener. After my sessions with her, I felt as if something lodged itself free or became unblocked. After our second session, I had a strong, clear sense that I was ready to start my own business. Our session did not deal directly with my career or finances, but whatever became unstuck created room for me to connect with my own deep knowing about how to move forward. I highly recommend working with Beth!”
— Jess C.

My story
My energy-mind-body-spirit exploratory journey began at a young age with inexplicable and beautiful experiences that made me feel, believe, and know that there was something bigger than me at play in the world around me—something expansive, beautiful, loving, peaceful, dynamic, full of life, mysterious, and intriguing. Because of where I was born, and the culture and surroundings that I was born into, these powerful experiences were linked to the Western Christian faith tradition. While I have been shaped by it and still embrace the core teachings of Jesus—the humble teacher and fierce revolutionary, I no longer operate within this religious worldview.
Once I entered my late teens and early 20s, I had the privilege of meeting and connecting deeply with people from many cultures, religions, philosophies, and walks of life. It changed / is changing me profoundly, and I am eternally grateful. Being in relationships with people who had and have different lived experiences, and a different approach to spirituality, religion, beliefs, cultures, and more, opened my heart and my mind. It expanded my perspective and my sense of self and others. It helped me release the harmful ideology I once held that there is only one way to be or to believe. It was then that I began to seek out and embrace questions and curiosity. I discovered that there was freedom and peace in not knowing the answer—freedom and peace in being comfortable with the questions and the mystery. As I continue to shed the small box I used to live in, I feel more free, more at peace, more awake and alive, and more connected to myself, others, and the world around me.
It has also been an honor to train and work in the nonprofit sector for 25 years, where I have learned more about root causes of global suffering, injustice, and inequity and how those impact the health of individuals, communities, and the earth. Those root causes and systemic oppressions disproportionately impact the health and well-being of generations and entire groups of people because of their race, ethnicity, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, and/or beliefs. I have been able to see how the worldview I once held personally was one of judgement not love, and how that damaged my own health and well-being and the health and well-being of other people and the earth. I believe that my health and well-being is connected to the health and well-being of other people and the world, and vice versa. By working on a continuous process of healing myself, I can better engage in my part of the work—in my corner of the world—to address and undo these root causes and systemic oppressions and to be part of the healing, awakening, and transformation of our world.
Through my upbringing in my earlier years, I also learned about the beautiful practice and discipline of making time and space for reflection, learning, contemplation, prayer. A quiet space when I felt present, alive, in tune, connected to something bigger and outside myself. Something accessible but never fully attainable. Something much greater than I could ever know or understand.
I have reclaimed and adapted this practice of a “quiet time” with a new lens. This has become a courageous space of healing, insight, questions, curiosity, learning, and growth. Of exploring, acknowledging, integrating a reconnection to what has been lost or disrupted at personal and collective levels. This is now a place where I practice tapping into the wisdom of my teachers—current and ancient, my own intuition, and rooting to Source. This is an ongoing dynamic practice, always evolving and never arriving completely.
And this healing space is the foundation for where and how I have been inspired to continuously learn, train in, and practice the tools that I am now honored and grateful to be able to share with you through b•quixotic.
