Connected to and through the global energetic root system and mycelium network

Below the surface

Above the surface

Within the mind’s eye

In the soul’s eye

The interconnected web of life

Through it we can send our excess energy to those in distress

Through it we can send healing nutrients and energy to those sick and under attack

Through it we can disrupt unbalanced, toxic, harmful patterns

Rebuild, rewire new patterns and pathways

Heal and regenerate

Through it we can send power and persistence to the ones resisting—even the flowers

To those warding off the viruses of fear, hate, greed, violence, exploitation, extraction, abused power

Send energy of balance and regeneration to the ruptures and broken points, disfigured from trauma passed down

Disfigured from the pathways of supremacy and hate and fear that are deeply grooved in the collective consciousness

That were forced, then reinforced over generations

Send energy of disruption to break the old toxic fearful violent hateful pathways

We keep choosing to reconnect to the deep forest of the world, our original soul’s home

Mother Earth shows us how, and that it’s possible

To keep healing and regenerating

So we keep committing to rebuild, rewire new patterns and pathways

We keep working from below and above, from within and without

To create new, balanced, harmonious pathways

New yet ancient ways of being and interbeing

Until the new, renewed world emerges
