Ancestral water clearing
On the soft, silty bank of the cold mountain stream
Pre-dawn, bright gentle moonlight
Mountainside, near the forest edge
Feet in the river
Ancestors all around
Get in the water, my Ancient Mothers say
Lie down in the water, face upwards toward the sky
I sink into the water
Supported by the streambed and stones below
The water begins to flow
Over me, through me
I melt into the river
As water becomes my cells
My cells fill up with water
Water flowing through
Through my cells and neural networks
Through my DNA
Through my energy field
Through the ancient patterns passed down the generations
My ancestors get in and lie down, becoming one with water too
It flows through them upstream
It flows through them, then me
Clearing old patterns, toxic patterns, violent patterns
Clearing old energy
Making way for new
